“Without any food that provides energy, the human brain enters in a special condition. Human intellectual and emotional functions change. A person gets more irritable, and prone to mood swings, and concentration and memory starts fading,” says nutritionist Maggie Moon.
When you finally eat the food, your body feels relief, but only for a short period of time. If you avoid breakfast on a daily basis, you will have problems with bad metabolism and blood sugar will be unstable.
Skipping breakfast seriously affects the body, and weakens it, which can lead to disruption of your health.
