Lately, we strongly struggle to find a way and improve the food that is served in our schools, as our children should get better- quality meals in order to be healthy and develop properly.
However, in Japan, lunch is not just a meal, but another lesson!
Namely, students in the cafeteria learn about hygiene, important eating habits, proper manners, as well as the way in which they can grow their own, organic food.
