Apple-Shaped Bodies
Women who have apple-shaped bodies usually have more centimeters in the stomach area.
- Include more cellulose rich food in your diet. For example: legumes, cereals etc.
- Start the day eating fruits.
- Lower the consummation of animal fat.
- Eat more soy, nuts and fish. Dried fruit, honey, lean meat and citrus type fruits are also on the to –eat list.
- Drinking more water and other liquids is preferable. You can try ginger tea which is a great way to detoxify your body.
Pear-Shaped Bodies
Women having pear-shaped bodies have evidently bigger hips and butt and narrow shoulders and waist. In order to cut down the size of the lower body follow these rules:
- Eat more potatoes and beans. Avoid foods rich in starch.
- Don’t consume any types of fats
- Consume more fresh fruits instead of drinking fruit juices.
- You can try eating low-fat cheese , brown rice, seafood, fish…
- Tomato juice is perfect for your type of body since it speeds up the metabolism.
Hourglass-Shaped Bodies
It is considered as the most perfect body construction. Women are prone to being overweight although they almost have the ideal proportions.
- Consuming nuts, avocados and any types of sweets are a no-no for your diet.
- Stick to foods rich in protein like eggs, non-fat meats, vegetables and low fat milk.
