To make this remedy you will need:

  • honey
  • mustard (preferably hot)
  • salt
  • baking soda
  • Use a tablespoon of each ingredient

Combine all the ingredients together and stir well until you get a nice and homogeneous mixture. Keep the mixture in an empty cream container or anything else you find useful.


Apply the remedy directly on the sore spot, put on a plastic bag, and wrap it using a wool scarf to keep everything in place. Keep it on for 2 hours.

You may want to do the treatment before you go to bed, as you do not move your wrist that much during the night. Rinse well in the morning.

For optimal results you should repeat the treatment 4-5 days in a row, and you will notice some improvement after the very first application. Repeat the treatment any time you need it. This dosing is enough for a few days and make sure you keep it in the fridge.
