Iced Green Tea Recipe

Green tea originates from China. Green tea increases the power of our mind – improve our memory, and generally increases our intelligence capability.

Green tea reduces sleepiness and fatigue, especially if fatigue is caused as a result of intense physical effort.

Green tea helps in melting fat, which is very good if we are willing to lose weight. It can help us burn up to 70 calories in just one day.

That means if we consume green tea regularly we can lose up to 3.5 kg (7.5 lbs) per year

This is refreshing and healthy iced green tea for hot summer days.

 

Ingredients:

  • 5 Mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 Green Tea bags
  • 2 ½ cups of water (600 milliliters of water)

Preparation:

Time to prepare: 10 min.

Boil the water and then place the green tea bags into the hot water. Leave for 5 minutes to cool, and then add mint leaves and honey.
Leave it again for 5 minutes, and then remove the tea bags.
Put the tea in the freezer to cool.
Serve with ice cubes and mint leaves.
