Filled with vegetables, these rolls are perfect quick and healthy meal during the work week. Pieces of creamy avocado, cucumbers and carrots all wrapped in soft rice sheets.
- one packet of rice leaves
- leaf lettuce
- an avocado, sliced into pieces shaped longitudinal
- carrot, chopped on long thin pieces
- fresh cucumber, chopped on long thin pieces
- pieces of smoked salmon
- little sesame
- fine cut parsley
First, chop the vegetables and make a mixture with the pieces of the smoked salmon and add little sesame.
In a bowl put cold water and soak each sheet in the water for about 10 seconds, until get soft. Quickly fill each sheet with the mixture, wrap as roll, cut in half and serve.

Mix 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, half finely chopped scallion, 1 smashed clove garlic, 2 tablespoons rice vinegar & 2 tablespoons chili sauce.
