All you need is some dried fruit you have in your kitchen and some cereal, which will provide the energy you need and maintain the feeling of satiety.
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1/3 banana
- 4 tbsp cereals (mixed, if possible)
- 1 tbsp dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 1 tbsp roughly ground flax seeds
- 1 tbsp roughly chopped walnuts
Mash the banana and roast the cereal for a while. Mix well all the ingredients together in a bowl and spread the mixture evenly on a smaller baking pan previously coated with some baking paper.
Put the pan in the oven at 100 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes until the mixture feels a bit dry. Take the pan out of the oven and leave it for a while, then cut it in small bars.
