- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 5 tbsp carrot juice
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Carefully dissolve 1 tablespoon of cornstarch in half a glass of water. Add 100 ml of boiling water and cook on a low heat until it thickens into a homogenous mixture.
