Flax and Oats Help Treating Constipation
In 1 liter of cold water add 4 tablespoons of flax and oat (Avena Sativa) mixture and 5 well washed, dried prunes. Cook the mixture until it boils. After it reaches the boiling point, cook for another 1-2 minutes. Then let it cool for half an hour. Strain the liquid and drink a cup every morning before your meals, and during the whole day, half an hour before the meals. Do not forget to eat the prunes.
