Yoghurt is amazingly efficient in the regulation of the intestinal flora and boosts the immune system. Its refreshing taste is something that everybody likes.
To prepare this energetic and refreshing bomb you need:
- 3 kiwi fruits
- 7 oz /200 ml of yogurt
- lemon juice (use 1/2 lemon)
- teaspoon of honey
Peel and chop the fruit. Blend it together with the rest of the ingredients.
Add a few ice cubes and drink this kiwi shake in the morning, instead of coffee.
