As already mentioned, cantaloupe is really a healing plant, and here are its health benefits:

Often we cut on slices and bake the cantaloupe, but also some smoothies and juices with cantaloupe can be really healthy and effective especially in the summer days.

Here are 3 cantaloupe smoothie recipes:

Cantaloupe Strawberry Smoothie
– 1/2 medium/large cantaloupe, rind removed
– 1 cup organic strawberries
– 2 cups fresh organic baby spinach (or other leafy green)
– 1/4 cup filtered water if needed

Cantaloupe Grape Smoothie
– 1/2 medium/large cantaloupe, rind removed
– 1 cup organic red seedless grapes
– 2 cups fresh organic baby spinach (or other leafy green)
– Do not add water to this recipe.

Cantaloupe Peach
– 1/2 medium/large cantaloupe, rind removed
– 1 organic peach, pitted*
– 2 cups fresh organic baby spinach (or other leafy green)
– 1/4 cup filtered water if needed

So consume cantaloupe whenever you can, because it really has a lot to offer.
