Cabbage And Carrot – Vitamin Salad

Delicious cabbage and carrots salad that is full of vitamins !



  • pinch of salt
  • 20 milliliters of vinegar
  • 500 grams Carrots
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1000 grams Cabbage
  • bit small spoon black ground pepper


Preparation time: 15 min.

Clean the cabbage and chop finely on very thin strips.
Clean the carrots, wash and shred fine.
