Best Way to Take Turmeric

Golden milk is extremely good for your spine. This warm drink flushes salt deposits and restores “spinal lubricants.” It is beneficial for haematopoiesis, nervous system, colon and bones.

Golden milk regulates digestion and improves liver function. It also rejuvenates the whole organism, flushes out toxins and improves skin complexion.

Turmeric paste


  • 100-150 ml water
  • 40 g turmeric powder


Add turmeric powder in your water. Bring it to a boil and stir constantly. Cook the liquid for 8 minutes, or until it thickens. Then stir again.

You can add a splash of water if the consistency of your turmeric mixture is too thick. The final result should resemble a thick yoghurt.

In the meantime, you can prepare your milk.


  • honey to taste
  • 150 ml milk (hemp, coconut, almond)
  • 2 tbsp (40 ml) unrefined almond oil


Bring the milk to a boil and add in the oil. Take the liquid off the heat. Pour it in a cup. Stir in a tablespoon of your turmeric paste.

Sweeten with organic honey.

You can make more of the turmeric paste and keep it frozen in your fridge for about 40 days.

You can always add a teaspoon of turmeric paste in tea or milk, and add in some almond oil and honey.

Drink your golden milk in the morning before you eat or drink anything, and you can also drink it before bedtime.

For optimal results, drink it for 40 days, and repeat the treatment twice a year.
