I got that you should drink a glass 20 minutes before meals and then you can drink more though-out the day. I make up 10 glasses in a pitcher and drink it through-out the day. Is that okay? I also do not add ice, I just make it with cold bottled water and keep it in the frig…like I said I finish the pitcher everyday and make a fresh one at night and put in frig for the next day. Is that okay? Now you also say to only be on it for 2 weeks and then take a week off…right? I’m sorry for all the questions but everyone I know, that does this, has a different way and I would like to do it right. I am still not clear about the preparation. once entire stuff is added in the pitcher for an hour, do we have to remove that water and store it in some other bottle for later on consumption and refill pitcher with additional water???
or we can keep rest of the water in the pitcher itself and use as and when required and keep refilling?

You don’t need refilling, once you add the ingredients and fill the pitcher let it stay for one hour (also it is ok to be kept more than one hour), and then you can drink it.

This sounds really good but I’m not sure how long I can drink the apple cinnamon water. First you say up to 2 months and then take a break for a week and then later you say up to 2 weeks and then take a break for 5-6 days.

I am just starting this today, when i made mine up I used two apples and 3 cinnamon sticks, my thinking was, more potent…am I wrong in thinking that and how big of a glass are we to drink before each meal and can we drink on it all thru out the day other then just before meals as I dont eat on a regular schedule and this would be a way to have the gallon all drank in the 16 hr period we are awake.
