  • When you wake up in the morning, before brushing your teeth, drink 640 ml of water (4x160ml)
  • Brush your teeth, but do not eat nor drink anything in the next 45 minutes
  • After 45 minutes you can have your regular breakfast
  • After breakfast, lunch and dinner, do not eat nor drink anything in the next 2 hours
  • Older and sick people who are unable to drink 4 glasses of water on an empty stomach should start with the amount of water their body can accept, until they get used to the recommended amount, and increase the dose every day until they get to the necessary 640 ml of water.

This method will help you treat any health condition you may have, and healthy people, on the other hand, would enjoy the energy this routine provides.

How Many Days Should The Treatment Take?

  • High blood pressure -- 30 days
  • Gastritis -- 10 days
  • Diabetes -- 30 days
  • Constipation -- 10 days
  • Tuberculosis -- 90 days

It would be best if drinking water becomes your life lasting routine. In that way you will be healthier and full of energy.

Attention: People diagnosed with arthritis should apply this method in the first three days of the week only, then make a break for a week, and start again, but this time every day of the week.     3. Problem with your statement Lucinda is you assume a glass and a cup are the same if they are using the metric system or better yet if you scroll up there is the formula they use (4×160) then that would explain why they say 4 glasses.

          Yes , I agree that was rude :-( but on the upside i have been following this routine and i can say not only have i lost almost 20lbs the arthritis pain has lessened considerably :-)

      If it was true I would not have diabetes high blood pressure or gastroparesis because I drink water fist thing every morning as soon as I wake up and because of my stomach condition I can only eat at most 2 times a day so every time I drink water its on an empty stomach lol…

        In this text, one IMPORTANT word is missing… warm…water.. 😉
        the effect is much much different with cold water… 😉
        Asians usually drink tea in the morning, and definitely not cold, or “ICE-TEA” as most of the Europeans and Americans… 😉
        Of course, u cannot say this aint right, because the cause of ur illness is in some other things that ur body is going through with u… water, cold or warm, is god for our bodies, but the use itself cam have different effects…
        thats why u have sauna, swimming pool, water massagers and a bunch of other things that use water for body “healing”… but it cant take away all of the things that our bodies go through..

          @Pedrag, you are correct. I have read others saying warm, and also to include real lemon juice (meaning squeeze a lemon into the water). It is cleansing to the kidney.

    @ Hussam Im not sure if this is medically proven by western medicine, but this is big truth about water… Water heals our bodies, in many ways…
    Eastern medicine, that is commonly named “alternative” is much better, for all people… Unfortunately, a lot people forgot about many old truths..
    In Asia, people can live much longer than people in west, where most of the young children is suffering hard effects from the city chaos, because their immune system is not even formed…
    Great text btw, but its important to mention, that this shouldnt be applied with cold water… 😉
    If u try both ways, u will probably feel the difference on ur own…and tea, especially naturally made, can change the way ur body reacts on every meal u take too… while, for example, cold water will bring most of the fats on the wrong place… there are many stories about things like this and this text is just another good proof of how people can do a lot, just with a healthy habit…

    hey, i’ve heard about this before and started doing it some years ago. It’s great for your health. It might not cure diabetes, Kenneth, no one expects miracles, but I assure you it will make you feel better. And it’s not that you can choose to drink one glass, or do it at night. It is better to do it in the morning because of metabolic reasons, and before you wash your teeth because in your mouth you contain some bacteria that are good to “clean” your stomach. 45 minutes, is the time it takes to your body to complete that process. After that, your stomach will better digest food and therefore better absorb nutrients. For people with obesity problems, it is helpful because it gives a feeling of satiety. And besides, more than 70% of your body is water – it’s healthy to take it in, to renew it; it washes toxines away. If you think it’s not enough because of your size take more, I’m quite tiny and drink 4 glasses of 250ml very easily. It’s no harm.
    And what’s more: drinking warm water is even better for your body.
    Good luck with that and hope it makes you feel as good as to me. Remember respecting the time of the process is important, but if you don’t make ti because in a hurry, it’s still good to drink it. Cheers!

  15. The only thing you need to remember is this. The flouride in the water is poison & NOT needed in your body. Make sure the water you drink is pure.

      And these days the only way we can guarantee water is pure is if we either fetch it from a stream, collect rain water or extract bore water some how. It has been found that most bottled water is not pure, still has fluorides, chemicals, etc and the bottles themselves leach chemicals into the water. Who wants to go to the trouble?

    Please understand that not all water is the same. I would like to read the studies they mention here as well, but I do know there is truth to these claims. Your best route is alkaline water, empty of free radicals. Most bottled water is acidic and contains high free radicals. Bottled water is terrible, most of the time. Get your water tested know what you’re ingesting.

    It´s only a part of truth. If you want to benefit yourself with a really healthy water you need to get a good source of water first, usually that means to find well water or clean source without chemicals and heavy metals, your kitchen water and also top water is not that quality.

    Second is to ionize this water to bring negative ionts or use lemon juice and mix with water to get alkaline water. There are also other methods.

    Third is to boil water and drink it hot.

    That´s the maximum what you can do to prepare miracle water :-).

    It’s better to add some dry fruit to the water in night. Like dates or almonds or dry peaches. This is better way as you will not have any burden on stomach.
