Rainbow fruit salad with honey and lime juice
2 ripe bananas
1 lb pineapple, diced
12 oz blueberries
6 oz blackberries
1 lb strawberries, sliced
3 mandarin oranges, peeled and sectioned
4 kiwis peeled and sliced
Honey Lime Dressing
1/4 cup organic honey
2 tsp organic lime zest
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
As you can notice, you need some fresh berries and exotic fruits. Add the fruit to a bowl. In a small bowl, combine your honey, lime juice and lime zest. Stir well. Dress your salad, and gently the pieces of fruit.
