    FYI…your picture is misleading! Water with lemon over ice makes it sound refreshing, etc. then when you read the article it says it has to be hot water. Will you still get the benefits if you slice lemon in ice water and drink that? Thanks!

      Here is the recipe for Lemon Water:
      1 cup water, just off the boil
      1/2 lemon (freshly squeezed)
      Take the cup of warm water and place it in a heat-proof mug.
      Squeeze the lemon juice into the water and stir thoroughly.
      Drink when temperature is cool enough to not burn your tongue.

      We recommend to drink lemon water once a day, every morning.

      That is not true. Lemon water and vitamin C reduces the pores and disadvantages of skin. Water with lemon cleans the toxins from the blood that affects on the skin to be healthy.

A slice of lemon in a glass of water is much less likely to cause a problem. Then again, even diluted lemon juice could potentially affect your teeth if you are sipping on it all day long.

    I don’t understand why it has to be warm water. I drink lemon concentrate with room temperature water. Once inside my gut it will become the same temperature as warm water before it gets digested.
